Quick update

Hey guys this is just a quick update! I went Tuesday for my Dr. Appt and to weigh in and I had lost 4 more pounds which puts me at a total lose of 21 pds!!! I am now down to 170 I am very happy and would like to thank everyone for your support!!!

thanks guys! and i've been on phen since the first week of Jan.I average losing 2-3 pounds a week sometimes less my doctor seems to think that is fine so i'm happy with it i guess!!

Yes that is good..slow is good...but I know when it goes faster we can see it sooner...but when you lose it slowly it is harder to come back...keep up the great work!
