My dr. gave me a list of foods and told me not to count calories but i can only eat off the list:

lemons
cranberries
apples
berries
peaches , cherries , grapes, oinons, radishes, pineapple
tomatoes
spaghetti squash
lettuce (all types)
cucks, celery, cabbage cauliflower,cabbage broccoli,asparagus,
no more than 2-3 eggs a day
green, red,white tea
almonds
olive oil, sweet potatoes, yogurt, beets, brussel sprouts, carrots,

also beef , lamb Salmon (all white fish), flaxseed oil, 2T apple cider vinegar.

No chicken i asked her why and she said it slows your metabolism,

going back in a week to get the next weeks diet hopefully beans will be on the list OH AND NO CANNED VEGGIES ALLOWED, NO SODA,NO BREAD OF ANY TYPE,NO PASTA ALLOWED AND SALAD DRESSING IS ONLY OIL & VINEGAR BASED.

hey can someone explaining to me the difference betwen low carbs and calorie count diets? thanks and it is the first time that i hear about not to eat chicken because of metabolism.....did you reserch in the internet to learn about this..i will but sound crazy because most of the people eat just chicken in their diet,including myself....
