This is from something i read long ago and it stuck in my head.

Everyone is different the normal 1200-2000 calories is not the same for someone say 5 foot as apposed to someone 5'5, 5"10 etc..

what i read is that you should eat the amount of calories that you want your weight to be example i want to get down to 125 lbs..im only 5'2" so i shouldn't eat more than 1, 250 calories...

if i wanted to be 110 lbs i shouldn't eat more than 1, 100 calories a day...

my daughter is 5'10 she would like to get down to 160 so she can eat 1,600 calories..

Got it???

let me put this on record too..i don't think any Adult should eat less than 1000 calories..

I know when you first start taking Phen you have no appitite as long as your drinking WATER and eating FRUIT and VEGGies
at first and its not that many calories..no one is going to die one or two days of low calorie eating if its all healthy stuff....

okay...im done

Interesting info...and very good!!

I agree with you 100% about not getting less than 1000 calories....everyone needs to lose weight safely, and I don't think it is safe to eat any less than that. If you read all the information about healthy diets, even a person just maintaining their weight and not trying to lose should eat 2000 calories a day according to the professionals. So it only makes sense that someone trying to lose weight shouldn't go too much less than 1000 calories a day and stay safe.

Thanks so much for posting that!!

I have never heard that before. Sound like a good way to judge your calorie in take. Thanks for sharing.
