I know loosing breast weight requires a lot of hard work! Even before when I lost weight, my bra size still remained the same Does any one have any suggestions on how I can get this accomplished? It is sad but my bra size is a xxxx and to compliment it, I have a flat bxxx like pancakes. Sorry about my analogy for comparison. I just want proportionate body size. If anyone have any suggestions, please post here. Thank you so much!

Lol! Don't feel bad about the analogy...you will see tons of them on here...good and bad, we like them all!!! lol!!

You know, this is not an area I have a problem with....just the opposite as a matter of fact...as soon as I start losing weight, that is the first place it starts disappearing from! And the same goes for when I start gaining, that is the first place it goes to! I would say that I don't know that there is any way to reduce that area on purpose. Any type of exercise you do for that area would be to increase not decrease.

Hmmmm...I think I will have to do some research on this....and hope for some other members to chime in.....

I wish I could give some advice on this...my pancake bxxx gets flatter and my bxxbs seem to get bigger. I'm with you, I would like more junk in my trunk and less on top. I wear a xxx and I hate to work out because of the size of them. I wear 2 bras, a shelf bra workout tank and another tank or t-shirt over that. I would LOVE smaller bxxbs!

Just edited a few words we do NOT want googled and addressed by perverts, which has happened before! YIKES!

Each of us is unique. You can add muscle but the bust is almost always the fat that goes away fastest! Actually, you lose fat all over but there it is most easily observed.

Keep exercising, a small amount every day, and eat healthy, good-for-you foods. Eat proteins at each mini-meal and strive to be the BEST YOU can be.

You are special, important and designed individually for a reason.

Susan is right....we are all built so differently and will all lose weight or put on weight differently also. I lose mine in that area fast, but my sister may not...just is all about difference in people.

I guess we should all be grateful we are losing weight and not be picky about where it is coming from!! lol!!

Thank you guys! You guys are great motivators for sure! I will just keep on doing what I am doing and hope for better results. Let's see how it goes
Maybe, I can just tone it up rather than focusing on loosing weight in that area.....

I remember when our 30 year old was 2 years old. I was complaining about my 'football player' legs and my best friend asked me how I knew but what those were exactly what I needed in order to chase my child from in front of a truck.

I never saw it clearer.
