Ok guys here is the question. I found this product at supermarket it looks like is butter but is not? i was reading the calories label adn it is amaizing and hard to believe but it said 0 calories, 0 fat, zero everything. anyways i brougth it adn try it and it taste delicious, i noticed that is like water not gassy and taste just butter. but still i am un doubt, it is really a zero calories product? has someone doing the research on this product, or i missunderstood what is written in the labe. please let me know because i love it and i am using it everyday, but i do not know if it is as good as it seems. Thanks

If you can stick to 5 sprays your alright..this was on the dr. show at 3:00 pm est. in florida..not sure if you get it but i tape it on days they talk about stuff like diets etc.

anyway i asked my dr. if i can have air popped popcorn with i can't believe its not butter spray and she said "NO" use smart balance...so i do....

My cousin air pops her popcorn then sprays olive oil on the kernals and uses sea salt she's a vegan and a tiny little thing (she wasn't always tiny tho)

As long as you don't get too carried away with it, you will be fine. The label is right, but if you use too much, it would not be right. Does that make sense? lol!

Anyway...that and the Smart Balance are definately good choices, both are equally good, too, I think.

I have read something about the serving size must be < 1 calorie to be listed as 0 CALORIES, but most just cut the serving size down 'til it gets there!

I LOVE ICBINB! That's what we use, too.

For weight watchers I know that it is 0 points for the first two sprays... that was good enough for me! I love the stuff too!
