15 mg not enough

I need to ask my doc to up my dosage to 30 mg. 15 was working but not now. Anyone having issues with 15 mg?

I would talk to your dr about upping it, but you might also try not taking it for a few days to see if maybe that will jumpstart it back up. Talking with your dr is always a good idea before you do anything, though!!

Ji, Fitgirl. If you are 'used' to the 15, I think your doctor might allow you to increase the dose, but give him/her a call first.

oh, too late for that. i just took one in the morning and one at noon and that seemed much better. i will call just to make sure that is ok to do. but i keep seeing people taking 37.5 and think, gee, what is 15mg.? Actually, 15 is a lot, considering many people lose weight on 0 mg. I will call the doc.

Don't let the 37.5 mg dose fool you, it actually has not much difference than the 30 mg as far as actual medicine goes. The biggest difference between the two is the fact that the 30 is a timed release and 37.5 is not, there really is not much difference in the actual medicinal content.

Check with your dr for sure because if you don't you will soon run out of meds and because they keep a close eye on this you would not be able to get a refill, I think, if you double up on it.
