I use a slow cooker/roaster oven for this set on about 350.

This is a very simple, easy to do recipe for delicious bbq chicken:

A bottle of your favorite bbq sauce (I use Kraft because it is inexpensive and really good) (Open Pit is NOT a good one to use on this...it turns everything pink and does not cook well)

However many boneless breasts of chicken you need but keep them frozen (this is important)

Spray your cooker pan with a little PAM to help with easier clean up.

Pour a layer of bbq sauce in the bottom of the pan. Turn it on to 350.

Place the FROZEN boneless breast of chicken on top of sauce.

Pour a little more of the bbq sauce on top of the chicken.

Put the lid on a let cook for about an hour and a half, turning the chicken over occasionally to keep the sauce even over the chicken.

This is a wonderful way to cook this because you cannot really overcook this. If you aren't ready to serve after an hour and a half, just turn it down to keep it warm. Since it is in the sauce, it will not get dry. Using the frozen chicken also makes it extremely tender. When you serve, the bbq sauce completely covers the chicken and looks really yummy, and tastes even better! Remember to cook it at least at 350 for the first hour and half though.

My kids absolutely love it when I cook the chicken like this. Everyone I have told about it loves it too. Not only is it very easy to do, but can be adjusted to however many pieces of chicken you want to cook, and it is delicious!

Hope you like it!

I fixed it for supper tonight! Awesome! I found something similar in one of my Weight Watcher's cookbooks. They suggested making a low cal cole slaw and serving the BBQ chicken on sandwhiches and topping it with the cole slaw. I found a light coleslaw dressing. The combination is yummy!
