My weight loss battle began when I was 11 years old. At 18 with 2 babies I gave up worrying. I was overweight but pretty muscular, very active, and felt good even though I was a size 14 at 5'3". In 1994 with 3 children I discovered that somehow I was 200 pounds and wearing a 20. Got a job in a carpet mill, started walking everywhere(lived 2 miles outside of town), and went on a diet. Lost 65 pounds in 8 months. Everybody around me started accusing me of being on cocaine(turned out my husband at the time was dealing) so I quit trying. Was a size 13 which seems big for my height but I looked great!. Spent the past few years bouncing from 18 to 22. 2 months ago I stepped on the scale and discover that I weighed 260 pounds. Spent the next 3 weeks in complete depression and gained another 4 pounds. Woke myself up and made the decision that this is not how I want to live. Started my new life 4 weeks ago and have lost 11 pounds, taking no medication except multivitamin.
