For me:
Saturday
B: whole wheat toast and natural peanut butter
L: Vegetarian corndogs and a salad
D: 1/2 of a Boneless skinless BBQ chicken breast in a whole wheat wrap with lettuce, onion, and reduced fat cheese.
Sunday:
B: a cup of cheerios and a little 1% milk
L: 3/4 of a Boneless skinless BBQ chicken breast with 5 baby carrots and 5 peices of celery (FF dip)
S: 1/2 an apple and some nuts
D: Vegetarian chicken fingers with celery and FF Ranch dressing
