CYN! =D> You are doing much better! You have had something for breakfast 2 days in a row! GREAT JOB!

For me:

Saturday
B: whole wheat toast and natural peanut butter
L: Vegetarian corndogs and a salad
D: 1/2 of a Boneless skinless BBQ chicken breast in a whole wheat wrap with lettuce, onion, and reduced fat cheese.


Sunday:
B: a cup of cheerios and a little 1% milk
L: 3/4 of a Boneless skinless BBQ chicken breast with 5 baby carrots and 5 peices of celery (FF dip)
S: 1/2 an apple and some nuts
D: Vegetarian chicken fingers with celery and FF Ranch dressing

You are doing great!! I have a question--what is a veg. corndog and veg. chicken fingers--well I guess I mean where do you get them and what brand do you use? Are they good??

I get the morning star brand. They taste just like meat, but contain no meat. I think they are all made from soy. Here is their website.

Morning star is pretty good. I liked their black bean burgers. But all that
stuff always gave me heartburn. It's definitely a better solution than meat
and it still contains protein.

cyn, you are doing so good posting your menu! I keep forgetting. I will try to do it tonight.

Good job on having breakfast! I am so proud of you! But, no, water does not count! lol A shake does though! :-D
