I have been bad this week, I have barely posted at all! So I will just sum things up.
B: I have had it everyday this week, except Wednesday. Usually a peice of fruit or yogurt.
L: I brought my lunch to work almost every day this week. I ate at least 1 veggie with it.
D: I did good at dinner too (except for last night, I had pizza). My husband has started making dinner during the week since I am working and he is out of school for the summer. He has been doing a good job trying to make healthy meals. He went on the internet and printed some recipes. He likes the Calorie Commando (Juan Carlos Cruise) from the Food Network. The other night my husband made his open-faced chilli dogs. They were good. And low fat and calories!
I went to the movies last night. I did pretty good. I had some popcorn, but I got a bottled water instead of pop. And no candy! :grin:
