Hey NTL, here's a suggestion for dinner. Just try to add in a little meat
to help balance out your protein vs. carbs vs. fat.

It helps your body burn more of the popcorn. :grin:

B: 1/2 of a 100% whole wheat chocolate muffin
L: a turkey hotdog on a wheat bun (I removed the extra bun) and an apple.
S: the other 1/2 of a 100% whole wheat chocolate muffin
D: A salad topped with dijion chicken that my lovey husband made for dinner.

D: MCD's Cheeseburger and 1/3 of a medium fry. :(
Hubby brought it home for dinner because we had a 7pm appointment at TOPS. So great. now I get to go get weighed after eating that! I did not drink the coke he bought me, I did not eat all of the fries either. Just 1/3.

yesterday was much better for me--I just need to keep at it and actually think about food to nourish me not satisfy me.
