L: A french Dip with swiss cheese and onion with French Fries.
S: 1/2 a peice of oreo pie from Bakers Square
D: A club sandwich on 100% whole wheat and a salad.

Well, today is the starvation diet, I guess.

I was too upset all day to eat.

Needtolose--sorry you are having a bad day. I hope things look better soon. Today hasnt been great for me either--at least not the last half of today--but I will explain later.
