Ok it is day one for me-
breakfast~ 1/2 WW Shake
dinner~ salad no dressing
supper~veggie soup
I know that isnt very much and hardly a balanced diet but I am being honest.

Ok sorry I didnt post what I ate yesterday--we had another storm and there was alot of lightning so I shut down my pc just to be safe. So here it is~
Thursday~
breakfast~shake
lunch~ salad with some chicken on top
supper~lean cuisine spaghetti
and I had some carrot sticks for a afternoon snack.

Okay I have to admit it--my eating habits suck!! Here is todays~

breakfast~does water count? lol!!
lunch~some cantalope
supper~salad with 2 slices of turkey bacon on it

Friday:

B: Wheat toast with all natural peanut butter

L: A chicken taco and half a small order of potato ole's

Snack: Chips and salsa and veggies with dill dip

D: Chicken fajitas

Dessert: 4 bites of chocolate pudding cake.

I went to a party, ehich accounts for the chips and cake. I could have done better, but I could have done much worse too.

l~grilled chicken breast and grilled veggies
s~veggie soup--I gotta get out of the soup rut I am in!! My hubby and son had lasagna and I dont like it so I had soup-again!
