If you eat healthy natural foods, exercise regularly and lose the weight
at a reasonable pace (2-3 pounds a week I think), your skin shouldn't
end up as bad as you imagine.

Can anyone shed more light on this subject?

I am doing all of that, but with taking Phen I am losing more than 2-3 pounds a week. Is that ok?

I didnt really think about loose skin too much until I started watching these darn makeover shows. Also the one Oprah episode where the womens breasts looked like ironing boards hanging to her knees after she lost weight :( I am exercising and hoping for the best--I figure I can deal with that issue later on down the road if I need too--right now I just want to lose the weight.

Cyn,
I have noticed that when I stick with WATP religiously, that I am much more toned. I think it is important to make sure that we are doing enough aerobic exercise and not just dieting.

The one thing I do know is that people with oily skin tend to have better elastisity therefore not as much problem with the loose sking. Stretch marks are a whole different story.

Retin-A is good for stretch marks but it's only prescribed for acne.

"Palmers stretch mark cream" is fantastic. I used it when I was pregnant ( gained 65 pounds once) Never had a stretch mark in 3 pregnancies. Started getting them as my fat piled on later. Took care of my tummy but forgot about things like thighs, chest, and upper arms!
