I've been checking out info on aerobic heart rate. From what I found it says that I should exercise at a level that keeps my heart rate at about 130. Does that sound right? My resting rate is 69 so that's more than double. I got the same numbers from 4 different places, so I'm not really doubting them. Just hoping to hear someone say Yep that sound good!
