Hey Marcie seriously don't worry about it. As long as you feel more
healthy and energetic (except after your workouts hehe), you're
doing everything right.
Are you still eating a lot of protein with your meals? If so, then your
muscles are using it to build more mass and strength. Your weight
gain is either because you're retaining some
water, or because you're
gaining muscle. It could be both at the same time actually.
Don't worry about it. Besides, everyone fluctuates by 2-4lbs every week
depending on how much they eat, what time of day it is, and what foods
they eat (ex. sugary foods increase insulin, which causes you to store
the sugar instead of use it... you also retain water if this happens).
I hope you don't worry about it too much. I know
weight loss is
an important goal for you, but the things you're doing along the way
are what will really change your life and help you lose the most
weight over time, not to mention keep it off. :-D
