To my horror i stepped on the scale and was 2 pounds heavier. I WORKED OUT YESTERDAY for 40 minutes on the treadmill (HR @ 168-172) - 15 MORE than usual, did 150 crunches, shoulder presses and 25 reverse crunches. WHAT THE HECK is going on? I thought for sure!!!! i worked out so good last night that I WOULD DROP at least a pound. *cries*

Hey Marcie seriously don't worry about it. As long as you feel more
healthy and energetic (except after your workouts hehe), you're
doing everything right.

Are you still eating a lot of protein with your meals? If so, then your
muscles are using it to build more mass and strength. Your weight
gain is either because you're retaining some water, or because you're
gaining muscle. It could be both at the same time actually.

Don't worry about it. Besides, everyone fluctuates by 2-4lbs every week
depending on how much they eat, what time of day it is, and what foods
they eat (ex. sugary foods increase insulin, which causes you to store
the sugar instead of use it... you also retain water if this happens).

I hope you don't worry about it too much. I know weight loss is
an important goal for you, but the things you're doing along the way
are what will really change your life and help you lose the most
weight over time, not to mention keep it off. :-D

so, my home scale isnt moving, but good news-the gym scale has!!!! and my waist is now down to 32 1/2

so lets pretend that it isnt about weight this week, just about inches

Congratulations Marcie. I wouldn't worry about the scale if I were you. You are now to the point that your body is just getting stronger and building muscle. I think it's great.!!!!

FINALLY a breakthough. This is my last day on phen. I go off for one month and then back on in November. Ramadan is Oct. 5, so it will be like i am on fastin

Wish me luck
Total weight loss this month= 9 lbs. Not a big month for me, the first month I was on phen I lost 17 Pounds.

9 pounds in a month is excellent Marcie. Healthy weightloss rate 1-3 pounds per week adds up to 4-12 pounds per month. I think you're doing great. Looks like you only have 11 pounds to go. By the end of the next month without the Phen, you may have already lost it all and not even need it anymore! Maybe you can challenge yourself to that? A little incentive to keep it up. I'm proud of you. You are really doing great. Just wish we heard from you a little more often.!!!

Thanks for the reply! Im at work, so i rarely get time to post. I can usually post on my lunch hour, but i do read all the posts Good luck to you as well, I will contine my weigh in each week.

After two weeks, Im still currently at 146. Which is good news because I havent GAINED anything. On the 21st of Oct., I am getting back on phen-so you will see alot more of me then
