Sorry for my delay in posting-Ive been super busy!!

I did weigh in at the doc and have dropped 8 1/2 lbs (from 8-22/9-22) so, its official!! I got another script today, and start back on... I hope to get down to 145 by 11-20-05.

Thanks guys for the support. I got my new script on the 21st and weighed in at home at 148 and today i am at 145. My 'official' weigh in isnt until wednesday, so i will see you then!!!!!

I'm a little jealous, I admit, seeing you ticker is so motivating to me because it is exactly representing the rest of my own journey which actually started at 197.

And today is my weigh in.
Now from last week when i got the script i weighed in 156 (at doctors) and 147 at home

OFFICIALLY down to 143 in one week. YES PHEN IS STILL KICKING AFTER 3 MONTHS!!!!!!
