So from the very first time i took phen (6-4-05) to todays date
Measurement:

Weight 172-150
Waist 39-35
Hips 42-38

Last week 150
This week 150

Im a tad bit frustrated with myself. After working out ALL WEEK-not missing a single day, there has been ZERO change in weight. I have lost 1 inch around my stomach since last week, but the scale wont budge. Can anyone explain this? Im so upset.

This now gives me the drive to work out 1 hour + each day at the gym UNTIL i see things change.

I did measure my body fat this week. Since April I have lost 9 % body fat! So that is something to be happy about.

hi marsoopial-

What kind of workout are you doing? Are you weight training? And if you did loose an inch in your stomach you are just building muscle that could be why you don't see change in the scale. You should see some this week. good job on all your hard work.

thanks for the reply and encourgament! I see we have the same start and goal weight!!!!

I wasnt doing weight training but did pick up cycling and a kickboxing class. I was so sore for 3 days-so i am assuming i did gain some muscle. I hope im not at the point where i am hitting a plateau.

Don't start worrying. Be happy. Remember muscle weighs twice as much as fat. If you got sore from your workout then you probably have built more muscle. Try to focus more on what you see from size rather than weight!

At least you didn't gain a pound or two. It was probably muscle gain. But if you have hit a plateu your body is trying to catch up with the weight loss. Mix up your work out. Increase your work out by 10 min each day and do every other day of cardio and weights and see how your body does. If you do the same work out your body will get used to it and it wont work as hard, so you need to push yourself. Good luck.
