ok, I'm changing my goal. I've decided to work on smaller sections at a time. My current goal is to break the 200 by the end of the year. It's a little more than I've been losing but I'm gonna work really hard and stick to my excercises which I haven't been doing so much lately. So, here goes! Todays weigh in was only half a pound loss, so I am officially at 228. 29 to go by New Years Eve. Lordy, the holidays are going to be a true test for me!!
