Ok here it is after a long vacation in Vegas and San Fran I knew I would be jumping back up. I was tempted not to weigh in but made myself look at that scale as soon as I came back this morning. I know this week I will re-loose the holiday junk so wish me luck!!

Great job!! It's amazing how when we first start, it seems like the hardest thing in the world to do. After a while we learn to take it a little at a time and it becomes so much easier. Losing 100 pounds is a huge task. Losing 5 pounds 20 times is nothing. I've lost 5 pounds probably thousands of times in my life. The only difference now is I am doing it repeatedly instead of just once in a while!!!!

Ok so I only dropped a pound but just the fact that I am in the 160's is exiting. (I just started my monthly visit today) So I will give myself an extra pound less.

I am really motivated this week and i know I will be able to achive my goal really soon.

I went shopping this weekend and I saw a few dresses at the BCBG Outlet that I have to have. One was only $50 but I didn't fit into it...at least not yet.

I can't wait till I can go shopping and pick out a dress and have it fit perfectly.

I have a lot of events coming up and I need to look really good specially around my husband's friends and family they are all really good looking and I don't like to feel like the odd one out.

so here we go another week in the making.

YES! I have updated my ticker and I am happy to say that I am down to 166!! I am hoping to have a big drop this week since I am on that soup diet. It seems to be working. It helps that I am not hungry so I only eat the soup for lunch and dinner along with fruit and veggies. I ate a K-ceral bar too just to change it a bit. So 150's here I come. I hope to get to this by Next week since I have a big party on friday I need to attend.!!!

Hey love! Good job! How long are you on the soup thing? Hey, for cereal I tried the Smart Start cereal. It's really good and has 100% of lots of nutrients. It's my new cold cereal. I switch daily. Cold one day, oatmeal the next.
