Honestly, I have found that one of the most important components to losing weight is
water intake. I know lots of people say they don't like water or it is too boring...whatever. But the best peice of advice I can give you is drink water! I carry it everywhere with me. That way I am less tempted to drink something else.
I do have some
diet pop or even regular pop occassionally, but most it is water.
I asked my doctor about drinking caffeine while taking Phen and he could find nothing about staying away from it. The only thing he said is that it could make you more jittery.
P.S. I went from 273 to 222. It is possible to do this! And let me tell you, it feels GREAT! If I stayed at 222 and did not lose any more...I would still be a happier person than I have been in a LONG time. Check out my diary to see the small victories (like fitting into a size 18 ) that I have had recently.
