I am new to the board and just started phentermine yesterday. My height is 5'4 and my starting weight is 192.0 lb. Wish me luck! Iam so excited!



By the way, my photos are saved on my computer and not on a url, how do i post my before photo and virtual model photo here. Do I need to e-mail them to someone?'

Yes, that is me, and thank you very much! I am enjoying all the support this board gives! I am wondering if anyone has any tips on what to eat to make phentermine work at its optimum level. Fruits and veggies are obvious, but what kind? What are you guys eating? Any diet "secrets or tips"?

Well guys, I have been on phentermine for exactly a week now. I started out at 192.0 and am now 184.0. That is an 8 lb loss! This is so exciting! I can't wait till the end of next week to see how much I have lost! Everyone looks like they have done pretty good on phentermine and I would love to join the success! Don't get me wrong, i know most of this is water weight and i don't expect to lose this much every week, but it would be nice to lose 3-5 lbs a week. Keep praying for me and thanks for the support!

Hey all, still at 186. I had to take a week off of phentermine after being on it only a week (I got very sick and had a chronic sinus infection and cough)! The weather change in kansas is terrible! I started it again today and hope to see a loss in the next week. Wish me luck!
