I am in desperate need of some motivation. I have slipped up and regained over 10 lbs. I'm 24 and weigh 133 lbs right now. My goal is 105-110. I would really like to get this weight off for good. I am not currently taking phen, just trying to diet and exercise. Anyone out there wanna motivate each other?

Hi,
I am about(afraid to weigh until i have my delivery!)126lbs but am a shortie and my target is 112lbs.i have lost alot of weight(5 stone) but slipped too and quickly put on about 9lbs(at my last weigh in),i am hoping the phen will kick start my weight loss again and get me moving some more. I need a weight loss buddy too. |
