I am 24, and I started trying to loose weight after I had my daughter in May, 2005. When I delivered I weighed in at 310 lbs. I started Phen weighing 293.5 on Feb 2, 2006. This morning I weighed in at 288.5. Is this kind of weight usual or is maybe my scale wrong or something? I bought the scale Wednesday night. I am taking 37.5 mgs and I am drinking tons and tons of water. Before I started Phen I would go days between drinking water but for the last few days, I have been drinking 80+ ozs.

I have been on phentermine since 12/01 but I have been only going to the YMCA since the beginning of January. I started at 281 and I am down to 249.5. I still have 200 pounds to lose but I am going to try and think of mini goals so tht I dont FREAK out! :eek:

My first is to be able to sit in a chair with arms on it. Also, I am hoping by midmarch when my family goes to Florida I wont be spilling into my husband's seat. I just want to die when I ask for that darn seatbelt extender!

That is great that you drink so much water, I really need to get on board with that.
