Hello Everyone
Just checking in on everyone. I didnt do so good on my exercise
yesterday I had to carry the kids to the eye doctor and dentist. But
I will make up for it this afternoon.

600 minutes - 75 minutes = 525 minutes left

Where did everyone go??? No posts since Thursday???

I've been in San Antonio w/ my mom and we've been walking for hours a day. It's been truly wonderful. I'm only going to count it as an hour a day for my goal b/c I don't want to over estimate.

I'm not going to be near a scale until 3/3...so then I can evaluate how close to my weight goal I am and have 2 weeks to get my butt in an even higher gear if needed!

How has everyone's weekend been???

Dreamy - I'm sure that shuttling kids around can be quite a workout if its own!!

Sorry Jill - I think we've all been posting on the journal pages. We're still here though! Weekends nearing a close. I am at work right now trying to get a headstart on my week. I will go home soon and spend sometime with my family before the nights over. Saturday I was a Debby downer and the girls picked me up and I'm back ontrack - a few Oprah moments and I'm doing o.k. now. Ready to kick butt tomorrow morning again! Catch you later!- Jo

The scale I am using at the gym is very unreliable. Seems to vary where I stad on it...sounds dumb but it isn't like a doctors scale it's one of those that if it sits a little off on the floor it reads wrong. Anyway - either I've lost 2 lbs or none. Don't know for sure but without knowing the numbers I've definetly gotten smaller in size and stuck with my diet and exercise.

Ok I challenged myself to lose 8 pounds by 3/17... .not sure if I'll make it there.. .want to remain healthy and true to myself on that... but I'm down 2 pounds!!

On the exercise front I challenged myself to do 600 minutes by 3/17.... doing great on that one... down to 409 minutes to go Did 32 minutes elliptical today... been on the elliptical everyday Monday-Friday with the exception of the first Friday after I got it... my legs were sore.. I think. lol
