How much weight can you take off before Uncle Sam takes everything else???? I figured since we only have 2 more days till our St. Patty's Day Challenge is over that I'd go ahead and post the next challenge... we'll set our own goals again just like the St. Patty's Day Challenge. I like the idea of individualized goals Just set whatever goal you'd like to meet by April 15th..... When Uncle Sam demands his money. lol Also my son Tyler's 7th birthday. I'll even make some sort of graphic award for everyone that meets or exceeds their goal(s) to add to their signature or something... just for fun!! From 3/18 - 4/15 is 29 days so set your goals accordingly

Ok so here's my challenge goals..... just added them to my signature teehee So easy to keep up with that way if you ask me!

Weight Loss Goal: 7 pounds.... yes 1.75 pounds per week so to me it's realistic.... I wanna lose 7 pounds because Tyler will be 7 years old on April 15th.... so 7 pounds to lose during the challenge in honor of my son turning 7 years old.. teehee

Exercise Goal: 900 minutes.... That's 45 minutes per day Monday thru Friday.... my last challenge goal balanced out to 30 minutes per day Monday thru Friday so I'm stepping this one up. I have been doing more than 45 minutes daily so I know I can meet it... maybe I should make it 1000... ok I'll make it 1000... ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

YAY! Another challenge! I'm in for this one too. I want to complete 750 min of exercise and lose 7 pounds also.

Well I am going to try harder this time lets see 7lbs i think I can try and reach that goal before tax day. continue with my daily elliptical of 60 min sounds good Hopegully I can reach this goal this time.

ok i did 10 for the st pattys day i am gonna push it and say 20 lbs by then if i keep bustin my butt i know i can do it

Okay it's 29 days, huh? I'll go with 10 pounds and 1000 minutes of exercise. And getting back to a gallon of water a day. Somewhere along the way the last few days I've lost track and feel like I'm missing it a little. I'll add it to my signature, after the SPD weigh in is complete! Ellen
