15 pounds in 28 days?? Ummm ok if you wanna.. lol Isn't that a bit much though? Healthy weight loss is considered 1-2 pounds a WEEK..... you're goin crazy I think. lol Still love you though!!

well here i go again starting weight at 154 ugh hope to lose 5 lbs and do 1000 min exercise. well i can say i do hope to meet these goal> because i want to be a hot mama, cool name for challege :grin: good job Kimber

Okay I pledge 1000 minutes of exercise as well. The big question is the weight - hard to know... and um I guess I'll go with 10 lbs by Mother's Day. 5 for me, 5 for my mom!

Count me in. My goal is to lose 10 lbs and 1000 mins of exercise. I did not meet my Uncle Sam's goal of 10 lbs, but I have changed my routine and am going to try it again because I want to be a hot mama too. Angelique
