I have 2 jobs, so my life is quite hectic and I have zero energy. My boyfriend is no help. He thinks I am being immature because I don't want to eat bad stuff and eat late at night. He wants to eat beef and starches and he literally drinks about a pint of whiskey a day (do you know that is like 1900 calories alone!!!!)
I need someone to lean on for motivation to get my lazy, depressed butt back in the gym so I can be as healthy as I was when I didn't have "outside influences" coercing me to overstuff myself with carbs and alcohol.
Due to my crazy schedule, I won't be able to be online alot, but any encouragement would be greatly appreciated!!! :grin:
