I am looking for a buddy, someone to motivate me, and I in turn will motivate you! Things I need to step-up...
1 exercise!
2 drink water (challenge anyone?)
3 eat three meals a day~ no skipping or starving.
I've never done this before, but I'm super competitive and I think this would push me in the right direction if I have to be honest and accountable to someone else. Anyone in?
