Hello Everyone!!!

I'm new, just recieved my pills Friday and took my first one this morning!! I'm kinda nervous but exicited at the same time. I've heard such great things about Phentermine until I couldn't wait to try it out..I'm in need of a buddy if anyone's interested...I think the support would do me even better...Not only will u be helping me out, but I'll do my damn best for u too!! I'ts already 2:30pm and I haven't had the urge to eat anything..I'm lov'n it already :grin: The only other thing I've notice besides not being hungry is me having to go to the bathroom every hour...Wow, I didn 't realize I had that much liquid in me But it's all good...I'm started off good so far and I just hope it last...I'm a determined lady that's ready to stick to my goal till the end. And once my first goal is accomplished, it's time for another one..So come on people, If there's someone out there looking to have a determined, focused buddy, let me know!!

It was good to see your post, because I too am looking for a buddy. I have just finished my first month on phentermine and have gone from 180 lbs. to 167 lbs. - but I think I could do even better with some friendly support. You seem extremely focused and full of positive energy - that is GREAT! Well, hope to hear from you soon and perhaps we could help one another out. Take care~

I'll like to join too. I juat started using phen las thursday. I've lost 2 pounds so far. I started @ 156 now 154. My goal is to lose 30 more. When I started my weight loss jurney 3 weeks ago, I was 165. Hense the reason I chose the name LOSE40.

Hello - I just got my tablets in today as well and would love to join this group. I took Phentermine Capsules back in November/December and lost weight over the holidays - I just moved and can't find the bottle so I ordered another one. My husband gets back from Kuwait September 7/8 I know it's only 6 weeks but I want to see how much I can lose before he gets home. I'm still 10 lbs down from before he left (lost 20, but just gained 10 back through the move and stress eating). I am hoping to lose like 25 if that's possible - if not, eh, it'll come off.

I want to get down to 138 (just so I can say I'm in the 130's) - so I have exactly 50 lbs to lose as I am right at 188.
