July 2006 Challenge

Wooo Hooo I'm here to report that I've killed both of my goals for the July challenge.... alright now... you all have just 3 days left including today.. hope you all make it to your goals that you set for yourself.... Is the August challenge ready yet? lol

Well I have met my goal and supassed it by.. Whoooaaa.. a whole half a pound hahaha! Hey it still counts! Hope everyone is doing well with it and Kimber Congrats!!!! I knew you could do it.. you are doing so great! Keep up the good work!

Well, I didn't reach my goal this time. I only lost 2 lbs. I am having to adjust to getting off the topamax. I have also been under alot of stress lately. My brother in law had to have emergency surgery on his brain to see where he was bleeding from. The day after that my son fell and broke both bones in his left arm. So I haven't been home long enough to focus on eating right or exercising. Maybe next time.
