Let's start another challenge... July 4 challenge ends tonight..... so let's start it tomorrow (or whatever day you come and sign up for YOUR personal goals) and run it thru the last day of this month... July 31! We can whip up an August challenge.. and then September a labor day challenge.. we'll think of something... but here we go on the next challenge

26 days in the challenge for me (July 5-July31).
My exercise minute goal is going to be 1400 minutes... I'm getting in gear for my hubby's return from Iraq so I want to kick it into high gear.... really really wanna shave off 20-25 more pounds in the next 10 weeks....
My weight loss goal is going to be 7 pounds (dunno if it's possible but I'm gonna try my best!).

I'm with you Kimber. I want to be aggressive this month and aim high! I want to lose 7 lbs by 7/31 and do 750 minutes of exercise (that's like 30-40 mins/day, I think). I am going to do tickers for this when I get a chance...YAY :smt026

Okay.. These challenges really push me to meet my goals!!

I want to weight 220 by the 31st of this month!
That will be 5lbs from my July 4th challenge!

I'm in. I leave for my National Sales Meeting on July 31st so this timing is PERFECTION for me. Here is my pledge:

5 lbs
12000 calories

I've got some personal travel challenges this month... I may be going out of town 2 of the weekends!... but I think I can get the exercise done. At 4000 a week, that's a lot but doable. And it should eliminate 3 lbs on its own. So I'm hopeful I will make it!

My Goals for the July Challenge:

Beginning: July 5th

Excersise Min: 500 (I know starting low)

Calories per Day: under 1500

Pounds in July: 8 (be at 202lbs on August 1)

I would love to join your challenge. I would like to loose 8 lbs by the 31. That would put me at 222. I want to do cardio for 45 minutes a day.

It really doesn't look like I will be making my goal... Been stuck at 224.5 for a week. Oh well, I suppose I just need to vary my exercise a bit. Hope everyone else is doing well!
