Alright ladies who don't excersize or haven't finished a goal yet--- August will be our month!!!! We have a few weeks to come up with a realistic, doable goal. We can do it!
This is my rough draft goal, but... I want to excersize at least 5 days of the week. I don't care what 5 days- I don't care what I do...just get out of my excuse filled reasons for not doing it- AND DO IT!

Ann- Girl I am SOOO w/ YOU! Let's get it started!
I think my goal will be to workout in some way, shape or form, for no less than one hour a day 5 days a week as well. I know if I take it easy and go slow, that I can do it. Maybe more, if I don't fall over before hand LMAO And I'm aiming for 6-8lbs for the month...gone that is. Surely to goodness I can do that much.
That's alot, but I"m going to try my best to do it...here's hoping!

Ok- So, I have decided to add to more to my goal and get that all finalized before August starts.

excersize goal #1- Excersize at least 5 days a week. All 5 days need to be cardio, but at least 2 days need to include strength training too.
excersize goal #2- Sit less and move more. When feeling bored and not know what to do, instead of mindless t.v. watching or internet surfing engage in more productive activities. Might have to create a list and tape it somewhere so I will always have something that I can find on it to do.
eating goal #1- overcome evening munchies!!!!
eating goal #2- keep track of how much I eat and if needed, email list to someone weekly to make sure I keep on top of it.

I do not have a goal for actual pounds lost. I do however have a goal for size....right now I am in size 16- I want to be able to fit into 14 by aug 30!!

I have a hard time sticking with goals like these. So- keep on my tail, and if needed I will keep on yours! August is almost here and as the last month of summer- let's make it our best. Get our mind and attitude ready and prepared for work, so that when the weather gets cooler- we stick with it.

I"m with you Ann! It's time for me to buckle back down and do this stuff right! Even w/o the Phen i CAN do this.

Here are my goals as well...

Exercise: 1000 minutes. Period! No excuses! I think I will probably do more than that...but that's my "goal" for now. If I pass it, good for me LOL

Eating: Start counting my calories again since I'm not on the Phen. I think I've been getting to many again. So back to Fitday.com for me.

Pounds lost: I'm aiming for 8lbs. I think that's reasonable enough for now. I just hope I can do it.

If you need to you can email me your list. Send it to me in a PM and I will keep up w/ it for you. We are gonna do this together Ann! You keep me in line,and Ill do the same for you! LOL Good Luck!

August is here Amanda!!! Wooohoooo let's get this journey started! Well, after work for me- cause I am running short on time this am for excersize, BUT don't worry I WILL get something done tonight!!

How was day one of August for you Amanda? I am going to finish up cleaning the kitchen, then do an hour on the treadmill. Today has been an ok day- as far as eating....but, can still get it better.
Hope you have high hopes for this month!! I DO- for both of us!!

OK, so the only exercise I got today was sexercise LOL Vic got to come home early and because of running this morning I didn't get to workout then. This afternoon w/ Vic home, well you can figure it just kinda went out of my head because of the other stuff! LMAO

I ate decently today, but it could be better. Tomorrow Vic works open to close so I will be good to go!

I'm glad you are doing good so far, now I just have to get in there and do it too! WOOHOO GO US!

Well, last night didn't go as planned. Hubby was out until laaaate. And I can't get excersize doen when the girls are here with me...mainly because they know that when I am on there I don't get off- so they do things that they shouldn't lol.
But last night a good friend called and I got to talk to him for awhile- and that was so nice. I miss him and all my other MO friends.
So- tonight is church, so I am going to plan ahead- and not wait until evening to do my excersize- but when I get home from work.

And woohooo on the sexersize!! I would pass on excersize anytime for some of that lol.
Well, here is to a better day 2 for both of us!!!
