Ok- So, I have decided to add to more to my goal and get that all finalized before August starts.

excersize goal #1- Excersize at least 5 days a week. All 5 days need to be cardio, but at least 2 days need to include strength training too.
excersize goal #2- Sit less and move more. When feeling bored and not know what to do, instead of mindless t.v. watching or internet surfing engage in more productive activities. Might have to create a list and tape it somewhere so I will always have something that I can find on it to do.
eating goal #1- overcome evening munchies!!!!
eating goal #2- keep track of how much I eat and if needed, email list to someone weekly to make sure I keep on top of it.
I do not have a goal for actual pounds lost. I do however have a goal for size....right now I am in size 16- I want to be able to fit into 14 by aug 30!!
I have a hard time sticking with goals like these. So- keep on my tail, and if needed I will keep on yours! August is almost here and as the last month of summer- let's make it our best. Get our mind and attitude ready and prepared for work, so that when the weather gets cooler- we stick with it.
