oh what the hell let me go for 10 lbs for the month of August hopefully will be more as far as exercise I dont really do minutes I just wanna make sure I do it each day
well if I'm allowed to count sexercise, I got about an hour in today. Ate decently, and that's about it. Tomorrow's a new day though, and I AM going to kick this challenges butt...it's my first one...I have to right?
