oh what the hell let me go for 10 lbs for the month of August hopefully will be more as far as exercise I dont really do minutes I just wanna make sure I do it each day

Since this is my first challenge I will go a little easy..

900 minutes of exercise
5lb weightloss

well if I'm allowed to count sexercise, I got about an hour in today. Ate decently, and that's about it. Tomorrow's a new day though, and I AM going to kick this challenges butt...it's my first one...I have to right?

I am new to this challenge and a little late but here we go:

Exercise: about 400 minutes or at least 3 times a week
10lbs this month.

well did not do that good lost 1 lb out of the 5 i was hoping, evercise well I could have done better. need to make that time to exercise next month
