Hi all I am new to this site and I am looking to have a weight loss buddy for support and advice through my weight loss journey. I am a wife and mother of 3, I am 36 and I have a full time job in sales and marketing, and I belong to a gym that I really try to go 4 times a week if possible. Needless to say I have a very busy life and would love to have some tips on my diet and food. I need to have meals that do not take long to cook because I am always on the go. I would love it if someone could help me create a menu. If anyone would like to join me and be my weightloss buddy I would love it. This is my second day on Phen and so far so good.
