My October goals:
Lose 3 pounds.... I'm close to goal so slowing down.. it's ok with me though  Starting weight for this challenge 148
Exercise 2000 minutes... may be a stretch because my hubby comes home tonight at midnight from IRAQ and I may be having surgery later this month...... well let me be realistic.... 1500 minutes!  Yes that's better! I like goals that I atleast FEEL I'll be able to obtain. I'll shoot for 2000 but my goal on paper is 1500!
