Ok I know it's already November 8th.. how did that happen?? But let's do a November 2006 Weight Loss Challenge! Who's in?? Set your own goals in a reply below....and drop in and let everyone know how it's going for you Let us know at the end of November or start of December if you met or exceeded your goals...... and it's ok if you don't make them all... I know last month I didn't lose any pounds but I did my exercise minutes that I wanted to do GOOD LUCK!!

Kimber's November Goals:
Exercise Minutes: 2000 (I had set my goal at 1500 for this month just like the last month or two... but I have 8 pounds to lose before the end of 2006 and I wanna make it so I better step up my exercise a bit.... )
Pounds to Lose: 3 (still must remain real about things.. lol )

AIMS FOR NOVEMBER 1500 MINUTES EXCERSISE AND TO LOOSE 6LBS


DAY 1 of excerise - 10min walk to neighbours, 15 min walk to gym, 30mins on bike, 30mins on tredmil, 30mins cross trainer and a 36 length swim that took just over 45mins, then 15 min walk back to neighbours and 10min walk home, total of 185mins

My November goals:

Stay on plan! No more than 1500 cal a day.

Exercise daily: walking 3 miles an hour or higher on the treadmill for an hour and a core secret DVD.

Water: I will have a bottomless water cup. That means I will be drinking 100 plus ounces of water a day.

My affirmation:

I will fit into the two dresses, I have in my closet. I will look beautiful in them. I will eat no more than 1500 cal a day. I will record every bite into fit day. I have a bottomless water cup. I drink more than 100 ounces of water a day. I exercise every day. I walk atleast 3 mph on my treadmill for an hour and do a core secret DVD. I am one step closer to my ultimate goal of being 140 pounds with an athletic body with the energy of a 20 year old.

I would love to lose at least 5 lbs this month but I know Thanksgiving is going to set me back! ;-( However, I will exercise four days a week which will consist of a combination of brisk walking outside, Core Secrets, Pilates, and WATP video. I usually drink about 70-80 of water a day so I'm going to try to bump that up as well.

Well for the first time, I hit my goal last month. This month I need to bump up my exercise minutes from 600 to 850. I plan on going to the gym at least 3 times a week for 1 to 1 1/2 hours each time. I also plan on watching my food intake a little better. I want to lose 4 pounds because of turkey day, I'll work on 4 pounds this month instead of 5.

Hmmmm if I counted the walks to and from school with Katelin everyday I bet that would take care of my exercise minutes... ha ha ha
