Hey Everyone! Just wanted to stop by and say Happy New Year. This is a time for a fresh start and a time to get away from any bad habits. Christmas was great; I didn't diet but I maintained pretty well (gained 1.4 lbs). So I'm up to 158.8 now. That's very good considering all the food I didn't deprive myself of ;-) Anyway, the first week into the new year and I'm off to a great start. I haven't been out walking yet due to all the rain we are getting these days, but Saturday morning (fingers crossed), I will get the chance to catch up. I haven't given up on my weight loss goal. I'm determined that this will be the year. So, as always, good luck to everyone and I'll be keeping in touch.
