New Member Looking for Support

I start my phentermine tomorrow. I am a little apprehensive about side effects, but I guess I will see. I am going to take off 100 lbs! I know I can do this! I can't believe I let myself get this bad.

I am taking a B12 pill that I put under my tongue to dissolve and take that once a week too. I have also switched my multi-vitamin to Centrum Silver because the doctor says it has EVERYTHING I need in there. Well tomorrow is my first day!!!

welcome and im glad to hear your so excited. i know i was when i lost the weight and once you lose alittle youll feel way better. good luck!

Jabber-The side effects of carrying extra weight is much worse than the side effects you may experience with phen. It's SO worth it, you'll see! Hope your first day was good. By the way,which brand of B12 do you use?
