I would love a buddy but feel that I wouldnt make a good one right now. I will be gone for 3 1/2 weeks starting 8/16 but would love to have someone to talk to when I get back. If anyone is interested let me know. I know people probably think I'm not serious but I'm VERY serious about losing these last 16 lbs.

I have just joined the forum today and I have around the same weight to lose as you, I am around 145 pounds now and I want to get to 130 as well! I am on phentermine, that is one of the reasons I found this forum because I was doing a search for it on the internet! All good so far except I am very tired as I have not been sleeping.

Not exactly sure what is expected from a diet buddy but it might be good for us seeing as we have the same amount of weight to lose?

well on this forum you don't really need a buddy, you just start your journal and you will have lots of buddies!
