I love them too and think pictures are a great motivator. I have suggested to Ian that he put up a section solely dedicated to before and after pictures. Pictures are worth a thousand words...

Alright girls, well, I'm hopping on this wagon cuz I need all the buddies I can get & all the motivation I can get & all the butt-kicking I can get as well!!!
I need someone to post to me EVERY DAY & ask me how I'm doing, what I've eaten, what my mood is, etc, etc ... get the picture?
Almost like I need to "answer" to someone, ya know? Treat me like a child! That way I won't flub up!
This might just be the extra "boost" that I so desperately need right now!!!

Good idea Sweet! So how are you today and how did your day go?

My day was so so. I had an apple this morning then got a really bad stomach ache and headache. I kept trying to force the water in but didnt want to eat. I finally had some chicken strips and felt a tad better but I still feel really fatigued. I think I have the stomach bug my daughter just got over. I only have managed to get 45oz of water in today and dont feel like eating. I think I will just go to bed early.

Awwwwwwwwww Heather, I hate to hear that! I hope you are feeling better today! Chances are, you probably DID have the stomach bug.

I did ok yesterday. I need to stay away from the peanut butter though. I think that is hindering my weight loss, cuz I will eat a spoonful, & don't really "measure" it, so I think I'm taking in more calories than I really think. Ya know? So, my big challenge that I'm gonna challenge myself w/ this week is gonna be STAY AWAY FROM THE PEANUT BUTTER!!!
I didn't drink as much water yesterday as I normally do either...I just wasn't as thirsty for some reason... I also had a 20 oz. bottle of Diet 7UP. Not bad!

How are you doing today???

I am in a much better mood today! Gl with the peanut butter issue. Thats a hard one because it can be so good for you and so yummy but it has so much fat.

wish you were lucky like my sissy and I.... we both hate peanut butter. ick ick ick! Just kidding... we do hate it but I know alot of people like it. i've always heard that peanut butter is a good little snack but i guess you gotta do it small amounts at the time?

Yeah, in a way, I wish I hated it. I love it SO SO much!!! TOO MUCH!
It IS a good snack, but you can't eat just a whole bunch at a time cuz it is SO high in calories for just a small amount. And I think a lot of ppl underestimate how much they're really eating!!! It adds up QUICKLY!!!
