Need a buddy and a mentor

Hi I need to find a buddy to keep me going and also someone who can teach me the right way to eat. I thought that I was eating healthy until I read some of the threads.

If there is anyone available please let me know

Hi Lucy,

You can also start a journal. That's a good place to put everything you are doing to help your weightloss. What you're eating, when and exercise, concerns you may be having, etc.

You'll get huge amounts of support there! But yes, feel free to PM anyone here... they are all extremely helpful!!

Lucy, you will find the more you post and get involved with all the different threads, the more easily you will get to know everybody and we can learn about you. You will find we all have 'personalities', even online. I bet some of us could pinpoint who made 'such and such' post without seeing a name!

Well i atleat know what ones you make susan.... someone who just have to say it had a smiley face and another smiley and about 5 more smiley faces and a few song lyrics! lol i love you lady!
