Hoping someone has a good idea for me!!! It is the 2nd of December-my husband returns from a 6 month deployment on the 19th!Good news is I'm about 23 lbs less than the last time he saw me-he has no idea I have lost weight!!!!The bad news is-I usually take my 15mg capsule of phentermine about 3pm-I really need it at night-it seems lately I start feeling hungry about 9:30-10pm and quite often in the past week I make the decision to eat!!!!Usually I choose a very good snack-but my weakness for those bad treats is becoming overwhelming!!!The scale has been up and down for about 5 days now-thinking of trying to either take my pill a bit later or take 2-my concern with that is -I may be up all night!!!!!Have only been taking the 15mg daily -have never taken two-my doc wrote the script for 1-2 capsules a day--I'm open to any suggestions!!!!Guess I'm getting a bit worried that I won't get into the 150's by the time hubby comes home-unfortunately for me when I worry-I eat!!!!!

Thought I might try the weightwatchers program ,but cannot find my book-therefore do not know how many points I can have daily!!Does anyone have the book??I was 161 this morning!I know when I did the program before I was about 185 and nursing,so I could have like 32 points a day-I'm guessing it's probably about 18-24 points a day now!

PS- could use a buddy right now-especially for these next two weeks -want someone to communicate daily with ,to compare notes,exercise and whatever we might want to talk about!!

I can help You, where I can. I have some weight watchers info ,my mother inlaw gave me, some time back. I will look for it and reply back to you. As for a buddy, We all, pretty much help each other out, with that. If you want to talk to just one person specifically, I do not mind if you contact me.

O.k. I found a weight watchers book called(WK 1, Getting started). I assume no matter which plan you are on the points target remains the same depending on your weight. Let me know if I am wrong. You weight is 161 so your target points for the day would be 22 points. 150-174 pounds is 22 daily points. Less than 150 pounds would be 20 points a day.
175-199 pounds would be 24 points per day.

I hope this has helped you some. As for questions on your med."s I would not know much just what I have read here.

Why don't you pm susan (moderator) she seems to not mind helping with questions. Plus she has taken phen before. From stuff I have read on here about it, If one still keeps you up at night, then two probably would forsure keep you up. It probably, also depends on how long you have been on it and your tolerance levels towards it.

Hi! SAHMOF4 let me in on your post~I have been reading and not posting, but decided I better post a bit. I checked this out this afternoon, thinking about Weight Watcher's, which I have ALSO used successfully.

Hahaha! I say 'successfully', but I regained the weight 3 years later, so I wasn't completely successful. I learned good habits from them, but let them get WAY out of hand when our kids were younger. By the way, the Progresso Lite soups are 0 points and are really good with some chicken cut up into them. Watch your local grocery and buy them BOGO.

I encourage you to look up some of Ian Mason's works. He is our administrator and you will see MANY links here that might help you, especially to the left of the page.

As far as the phentermine dose, 37.5 mg has been tested as the fully optimal dose for most folks, though 15 mg doses are very common. Even though it seems so, they offer way more than 1/2 of the 37.5 mgs in effectiveness. Most often, 15 mg is doubled to 30 by taking one before breakfast and one maybe an hour after lunch. thank you all for your support- going to try to take the two pills each day one at lunch and the next about an hour before dinner! starting to get very nervous,excited,anxious ,crazed about hubby coming home-it's all normal-but these last days really are the most difficult-not only for me but my girls too!!!
Started the weight watchers-counting points and did quite well yesterday!!!Really just want to knock off a few more pounds before he's home!!Hoping to be in the 150's-unfortunately I probably won't make 155 but I'll take anything as long as it's 15?. Hope you are all well and thanks again for the support!

Hi.
I would like to be your buddy! I started phentermine about a week ago but I would love to compare diets and workouts. together I bet we can figure out the best and quickest way to loose the weight and keep it off. I do need a buddy myself. Its my first day on phenforum and I don't know anyone yet so if you would like to be buddies just let me know!
