Hi. I'm about to fill my Phentermine prescription and would like to start with a buddy. I'll be starting to really watch myself once i get the prescription.
I have a lot to lose (about 75 lbs) and would like to buddy up with someone who is in the same boat.

Sure, i'd love to be your buddy. I just started on Dr. B's phen pro combo today. I'm hoping it'll control my voracious appetite.
Baking is a great hobby and i love it!

Yup, baking is one of my favorite ways to relieve stress, especially bread baking. You can pound out all of your frustrations and get a great work out while creating something. What is the Phen pro combo? How does it work? Thus far, the meds have been working pretty well, I still feel hungry when my stomach's empty, but I'm not constantly thinking about food like I did before. And that's nice. I hope that this keeps up. Talk to you soon.

I love to bake bread too but i like desserts better. I make all kinds of cakes, cookies, yeast cakes, confections, etc. Of course i have to taste it all too!! I like to try different things as i get bored easily.
The phen is really working well for me so far. I started yesterday and automatically felt i was eating dramatically less. Nightime is my worst time cuz i tend to snack a lot but last night was ok for me.
How are you doing today?

Hi there! Sorry, I'm finishing up finals this week, so I haven't had a lot of free time. I'm glad the Phen is working for you! Night-time snacking can be the worst! Drink alot of water or crunch on ice, it REALLY helps! I haven't taken the Phen for the last two days, I have to get SOME sleep so that I can function and pass these exams, but when I was on the Phen I would get about 3 hrs. of sleep a night. I can't risk that loss of sleep at the moment. Do you have issues catching some zzz's?

Good luck on your finals!
I'm experience the same thing with the sleep except i do get a little more than 3 hours. I try to take the phen early enough in the morning so the lasting effect at night is not crazy bad.
When did you start using the phen to help with weight loss? I just started Sunday and i've seen tremendous differences already!
