Hi! I'm new here and need a diet buddy. I want to lose 45 lbs. I like being active, but I do need a kick in the pants every now and then to keep me on track! I would love to share a work-out plan, etc. with someone. Or even just share the ins and outs of weight loss. I've never had to lose this much weight before, and am having a tough time doing it.

Hi Alpha!

I'm sure you'll be able to find a traditional type of buddy with no problem! I would however suggest starting a journal where everyone will be more than happy to get involved with your journey!

And if you'd like... I'd like to invite you to join the December challenge in the exercise/workout section(I can't remember what it's called... ). Anyhow, we have a nice little group in there that has absolutely no problem pushing each other towards their personal physical goals!!

I hope to see you in both areas!
