Well I can tell you that I lost 10 pounds in the first week. The 2nd and third week, I have remained the same weight. I work out three to four times a week. It's really hard work to lose the weight after the initial first 10 pounds

I lost 35 lbs in 4 months without working out. I thought that was pretty good!

this is true..i man i have only been pn phen for a month, and i have lost 12lbs. the first 2 weeks is when it really kicks in and you loose lbs, but afterwards it is gradually. I feel that it does work, and it does curve your appetite. With me, i have to make myself eat, dont want my body to think im in starvation mode either. it is all about how you eat, once you change your eating habits you will see a diff. do not expect for this to occur overnite, cuz gaining weight does not occure overnite either. I would recommend for you to try it and be patient.

It definately suppresses your appetite. Sometimes I am so busy with doing things that I forget to eat. You have to almost force yourself to eat because starving yourself with not help with the weight loss. Just remember try and eat at least 6 small meals a day. That's recommended!!! However, if you are having a tough time remembering to eat, try to do 3 meals a day.
