Today is my first day on Phen. 37.5mg. I am excited to get this weight off and with the a little help of meds. hopefully I will get motivated again. I lost weight after my twins 2 yrs ago on slim fast and with the stress of the family I have gained it all back plus some. My number one question is, I drink diet soda. Sometimes 2-3 a day. I also drink water and Diet Green tea? Is diet soda really bad for you?? I've been down the diet road so many times that I have come a custom to it and that is the only soda I'll drink. What are some other favorites that we can drink while trying to lose weight that isn't loaded with sugar and calories?
Any advise and encouragement would be great. Husbands reunion is in Nov. and I am not rolling in the door. LOL
