It sounds like the Phen is working great for you and that is awesome!

You are very right, you have to eat so your metabolism doesnt stop working for you. Little meals during the day are the way I used to eat before i got fat, so its what i am trying to do again.

The Phen-d doesnt work as well as the Phentermine, but so far it is a big help.....as long as I don't get bored!

My eating might be really weird to you since I don't eat meat.

I have been having a smoothie for breakfast, just fruit and some vanilla or chocolate light soy milk....or some oatmeal..but since its been hot, its usually the smoothie.

snack is a plum or some nuts (if I am hungry)

lunch is a salad or some tofu & veggies

snack is usually some fruit ...if I am hungry


Dinner is a salad with veggies and tofu or a stir fry

if I get hungry after dinner, I try to eat a few nuts or something...

I am trying to not weigh myself til Friday..LOL...but I hear that danged scale in the closet ( I put it in there..LOL)
its calling me! I don't want to get too anxious and then get disappointed....

Once I get the cast off my foot I will be a toatl workout monster, too..I love it!

Ya know, we are gonna do this!!!

I hear you about the scale calling your name from the closet..lol.. I told my husband yesterday to hide the scale from me so that I wont be as tempted to weigh myself lol i told him not to give it to me no matter what until friday morning....and really your diet doesnt sound strange or anything to me... I do eat meat but not all the time.. I can go several days or weeks without eating a meal with meat so I just add some other form of protein to my meal... so you have a cast what happened? well i have been working my budonkadonk off with jogging, walking, swimming, and the bike and eliptical ( i at least put in two hours a day)so I am anxious to see what the scale has to say...hope you are having a good day!

I know this not a diet related question. Can you anyone explain to me how to place a star and all the weight charts on my forum? This is all new to me

Hi! Um, let me see if I can explain it..its really easy, so I hope I explain it properly.

Go up and click on tickers to open it, then follow the directions to make the ticker you pick out. On the page where it shows you the finished ticker, there are 3 choices of HTML ...use the top choice, the first choice.

Right click on it to copy it and then go to your profile. click on edit signature and paste it in the signature square. then clcik on save changes or submit changes..I'm not sure which it says...it should show up on your signature then...

I havent done the stars yet, but I am assuming they post the same way...

I hope that makes sense to you..LOL..if you go look at the tickers and your profile, it will probably help.

Let me know if it works for you.

My scale is possessed so I can't let it out of the closet!

The cast is just from breaking some toes and a small bone in my foot...nothing exciting though...I smacked it on the leg of the coffee table....pretty sad, huh?

I am so scared that my dang scale wont show any weight loss since I haven't been working out....I can't usually lose any weight unless I work out...

You are gonna have a great week with all the working out you are doing!

Hi Ladies just a quick little W-E-L-C-O-M-E !!!! I started phen May 28th and lost 21lbs the first month doing exactly what you are doing. Working my butt off,drinking tons of water, and eating the same way. At first when you take phen that is normal to not feel hungry. I crinkled my nose at so many different foods I use to love to eat and my husband thought I was crazy. I told him "I Just Don't Want it" After about 4 weeks though your tummy gets use to it and you can eat a little bit more normal. You won't eat as much and you won't crave things but you'll eat because you DO KNOW you have to eat in order to lose.
The girls on this site have tought me to eat 6 small meals-snacks a day each containing 250 cal. and some form of protien. I do that but its not always the same. Like I may eat a 140 cal. cereal bar for breakfast, watermellon-snack, 1/2 turkey sandwich plain- lunch, another fruit and whatever we're having for dinner just in a much smaller amount. AND I only drink water and diet green tea. No soda at all anymore. I used to be a diet soda freak. Not anymore.
well I gotta run for now. Normally I get on several times a day just to stay focused.
These girls are great here and everyone is everyone's buddy. Sometimes it just takes awhile for them to find you...

Missy..I hope to lose my 19 pounds once my month of pills are up! I too have no desire to eat all that I use to eat. I'm taking the phentermine 37.5mg. What mg. are you taking? My doctor said I can go no longer than 3-4 months taking Phen. Phen will make you drink lots of water!! Keep up the good work
