It sounds like the Phen is working great for you and that is awesome!
You are very right, you have to eat so your metabolism doesnt stop working for you. Little meals during the day are the way I used to eat before i got fat, so its what i am trying to do again.
The Phen-d doesnt work as well as the
Phentermine, but so far it is a big help.....as long as I don't get bored!
My eating might be really weird to you since I don't eat meat.
I have been having a smoothie for breakfast, just fruit and some vanilla or chocolate light soy milk....or some oatmeal..but since its been hot, its usually the smoothie.
snack is a plum or some nuts (if I am hungry)
lunch is a salad or some tofu & veggies
snack is usually some fruit ...if I am hungry
Dinner is a salad with veggies and tofu or a stir fry
if I get hungry after dinner, I try to eat a few nuts or something...
I am trying to not weigh myself til Friday..LOL...but I hear that danged scale in the closet ( I put it in there..LOL)
its calling me! I don't want to get too anxious and then get disappointed....
Once I get the cast off my foot I will be a toatl workout monster, too..I love it!
Ya know, we are gonna do this!!!
