Does anyone seem to notice your tongue acting weird since taking the Phen? I do, mine gets numb, I think that the Phen is designed to kill your taste buds so you want enjoy for food and eat too much

Hmmm, I am taking the Phen-d, so I can't say I have that side effect. You might want to ask on 1 of theother threads though.

How are you doing so far? (other than the numb tongue)

I weighed in this morning and I am down 7 pounds...I dont feel any different though. I think its cuz I cant go work out yet, but soon I hope!

no tongue issues here.

Yes it does make you feel like you are drinking and peeing a river. But that is a good thing.

The more you drink, the more you pee, and the more you lose. lol
I'm also on Phen. 37.5 little lt. blue pill with the dark blue specks. Yep that's me.My doctor said I can stay on them as long as I keep losing. I think she is telling me they will stop working sometime in the future. But I learned from the girls after a month or so if they seem not to work as well as in the begining then they suggest stopping for a couple days then start taking them again. I did this last week and they're right....
Oh I tried Crystal Lite energy wild strawberry. AWESOME !!

well I am down 6 lbs for my first week of phen! And great job to you cowgirl on your 7lbs this week!!!!! We are on our way to the new improved versions of ourselves!

These forums are awesome, they help so much! Its always easier to lose weight with buddies backing you up and who are going through the same issues. So far I think Im doing great . I been doing 3 miles everyday onmy treadmill , even if I dont want to I just tell myself " Just do it, just for a week everyday and then see results" and every week at weigh in Im so much happier that I did! Hopefully we can all keep motivating eachother to reach our goals!!

That is a great way to motivate yourself!

I think short term goals like your one week goal work so very well. Look how well you have done so far! Amazing! Way to go!

You are right, we need to keep motivating each other through this, as there are going to be some "not so good weeks" too.

Hopefully this next week will be a great week for us "losers"!

It appears to be no tongue issues with anyone, I guess I'm the lucky one with the numb tongue

Hey Missy, I'm taking the same phen as you, exact kind. Who would have thought a tablet so small, would perform so strong. It must be strong to make me have a numb tongue
