Tomorrow I will be starting my diet and taking my phentermine.
My eating plan will consist of: (not all in 1 meal, but a variety of foods for each day)
Breakfast:
Oatmeal
fruit
yogurt
skim milk
scrambled eggs
toast (1 piece of ww)
Lunch:
Smart Ones Meal
Lean Cuisine Meal
Tuna Sandwich
Fruit
Yogurt
Water
Dinner
Chicken breast cooked on George Foreman
Spaghetti w/ ww pasta and ground turkey
Smart Ones Meal
Healthy Choice Meal
I also have crystal light mix instead of drinking water
and cheese, yogurt, fruit, sugar free pudding for snacks
I will weigh myself in a week from tomorrow. If anyone has any advice, I have OPEN EARS... wish me luck!
